About Lincoln Mark LT

As Lincoln's second attempt at building a luxury pickup truck, Lincoln Mark LT was built by the Lincoln Motor Company, which is a division of the great American multinational automaker Ford Motor Company that sells luxury vehicles under the Lincoln brand, between 2005 and 2008 in U.S. and Canada as a luxury pickup truck. Originally introduced to take the place of Lincoln Blackwood, Mark LT was also a part of the Lincoln Mark Series lineup. It was praised by J.D. Power Quality as among the best, but after being manufactured for only one generation, Mark LT was ended and got replaced by Ford F-150 Platinum.
Lincoln Mark LT went on sale in January 2005 for the 2006 model year as the competitor to Dodge Ram 3500, Dodge Ram 1500 and Chevrolet Silverado 2500. Essentially as a rebadged version of the Ford F-150 pickup with a more luxury-oriented cabin, Mark LT was offered in only one body style, 4-door full-size crew-cab pickup truck and it came in only one trim level. Equipped with standard leather seating, wood trim, heated front seats, keyless entry, a premium MP3/CD audio system and optional rear-seat DVD entertainment, a navigation system, a rearview camera, a power rear window, chromed 18-inch wheels, bed-rail caps and running boards, Lincoln Mark LT was powered by a 5.4 L V8 rated at 300 horsepower and 365 pound-feet of torque and this engine sent power through a 4-speed automatic transmission to rear wheels or four wheels.
